Awesome Jazz Game!

I think Adam had the third best day of his life last night. I think I've only seen him so happy the day we got married and when Grant was born.

As all of you know, Adam loves the Jazz and most sports. Last night he got to go to the Jazz game and sit courtside! His seats were right on the floor at about the foul line. His boss had two tickets he couldn't use, so Adam and his co-worker got to go. He got the whole VIP treatment with dinner before the game, and unlimited snacks and drinks during half time. I was jealous about the game itself, but when he told me about the all-you-can-eat nachos at half-time, I was green, green, green with envy! (I love nachos!)

It was fun to see him get to do something so fun for himself, since he works so hard for us all the time!

Cowboys, Cowboys

One day when Grant and I were driving home from Grandma's house he was getting a little fussy in the backseat. I asked him if he wanted to listen to music, and I turned on my Bar J Wranglers CD. Grant loved it! He was so quiet the rest of the ride home.

Now, whenever we drive anywhere, he gets in the car and starts yodeling. Well, I can tell that he's trying to yodel anyway. He has a certain song that he likes with a lot of yodeling in it. He gets pretty serious and yodels away with the cowboys. It's so cute and funny to me that a little boy likes the Bar J Wranglers so much. I'm sure it would make both his Grandpa's proud!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We hope you all had great holidays! We had a lot of fun this year, decorating sugar cookies, dancing and playing bingo at the Poll family Christmas party, going to the lights at Temple Square with our friends the Newbolds, and spending time with family and friends. Grant was way more into Christmas this year, always wanting to turn the Christmas tree lights on, playing with the snowmen decorations and singing jingle bells. I think it might be a stretch to say that Grant decorated the sugar cookies as the frosting went straight from the bowl to his mouth, never really touching the cookies.

Here are a few pictures of the holidays for you to enjoy!
